The week of closing, I tested positive for COVID-19 (my husband had tested positive the week prior and was coming out of his quarantine period). This threw a wrench into our plans, since our closing was scheduled to be in person. Katie reached out to the other parties involved in the transaction to confirm they were comfortable with my husband attending in person and signing my behalf. When our lender insisted on an ink signature and witness for the power of attorney, Katie arranged for us to meet her in the parking lot of Brennan Title’s office for me to sign the power of attorney through the window of our car. During closing itself, she did a great job lightening the mood of what can be a long and tedious process of signing closing documents and kept the process moving. All-in-all, we were incredibly happy with Brennan Title and would highly recommend them!
